REZ your Scooter in the water and Right clic and choose "Scoot" or "Board" (depends of the model).

COMMANDS are up, down, left, right arrows, and PgUp / PgDown (for

the submersible version).
Pressing Up/Down at the same time engage the URGENT BRAKE and sets

the speed to 0.
